Stay ahead of the upcoming code changes for 2027 by joining us for this important 3-hour educational class reviewing the approved modifications and significant updates to the 2024 IRC Residential Building Code.

The new code will go into effect for all permits submitted after January 1, 2027, making this course essential for builders, building officials, and industry professionals who want to remain informed and prepared. Participants will gain a better understanding of the key changes, how they may impact residential construction projects, and what to expect moving forward.

This course provides 3 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for Building Officials and South Carolina Master Builders.
