Anchored Tiny Homes is the premier tiny home and ADU (accessory dwelling unit) builder in Simpsonville, South Carolina area. 

Our ADU models below as well as the custom models that we build for our customers are designed, engineered, and built with the highest quality in mind so that you can rent it out for top dollar or have your family member live in a place that they love. We handle everything from permits, to design, to building to hookups so that all you have to do is sit back relax and receive the keys once your project is completed. However, permits and hookup fees are not included in the prices below as they vary based on the city, the size, and the placement of the ADU on your property. 

Our ADUs are not prefabricated and placed on your property but instead, we actually build it on-site, allowing us to build on almost any property and saving you on delivery and placement fees which can be as high as $60,000 or more (which most companies don’t tell you about). As you will see below our ADUs come completely finished in just 8-12 months, each one with a beautiful bathroom and fully functional kitchen along with the rest of the space.
