Ideal walls are manufactured in a controlled environment and consist of site mixed

5000 psi fiber and rebar reinforced concrete outer shell, studs, header and footer beams, integrated as one structural unit. The cavities between the studs are filled with 5" thick rigid insulation. Then we add a 1" layer of rigid insulation board between the concrete studs and interior metal studs to prevent thermal bridging that is common in traditional wall assemblies. Together this provides an insulation value of R-22! 3rd party inspections are performed to ensure the quality we expect and you deserve.

Standard wall heights are 8'- 2 1/2", 9'-2 1/2", 10', and 11'-10 1/2" and can be custom built up to 24'. We have custom capabilities you won't find elsewhere.
