Workshop Description:
In this interactive workshop designed for Professional Women in Building, participants will explore the Maxwell DISC Personality Assessment. Attendees will discover their unique communication and leadership style, gain insight into how to lead with authenticity, and learn how to adapt to and influence others more effectively.

Facilitator Bio:

Crystal Baddorf is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, DISC Consultant, and International Speaker with a passion for helping women lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. With a strong background in leadership development, communication, and values based coaching, she equips individuals and teams to thrive.

Crystal is also the founder of Cherish, a residential maternity home and leadership academy launching in Spartanburg County, and the former Vice President of Carolina Green Builders. Her authentic approach and passion inspire women to embrace their strengths and lead with intention in every sphere of influence.
