The HBA of SC state convention is back! Come to Asheville for a weekend of education, fellowship and a fun time. Join friends and colleagues October 6-8, 2023 to discover the real meaning of mixing business with pleasure!

Keynote Speakers

Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D. (a.k.a. the Bow-Tie Economist) is an internationally acclaimed economist and public speaker specializing in the housing market and making economics fun, relevant and educational.

Dave Mitchell, founder of the Leadership Difference, was selected as the Meeting Madness winner for Best Speaker of the Year by the Meeting Meeting Professionals International and Meetings and Conventions Magazine named Dave one of the Best Speakers of the Year.

We will also be offering EPA-approved Lead Renovator certification training for contractors who perform work that disturbs painted surfaces in pre-1978 housing and child-occupied facilities. Additional charges may be included for this class.
