Join us for this comprehensive course that breaks down the approved changes to the 2024 IRC Residential Building Code that will take effect on January 1, 2027. We'll cover what's new, what's been removed, what's changed, and what those updates mean for residential construction moving forward.
Whether you're a builder, building official, contractor, or industry professional, this class is designed to help you understand the upcoming code changes so you're prepared before they go into effect for permits submitted after January 1, 2027.
Participants will earn 3 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for Building Officials and South Carolina Master Builders.
