Position: Full-time Sales Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote (Upstate of SC)

Job Overview: As a Sales Representative at Haus Pros, you will be responsible for generating some leads, networking, and closing sales within the designated territory of Upstate SC. This role combines proactive lead generation ("hunting") with participation in networking events to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Networking: Actively participate in local and regional networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with homeowners and investors to understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and demonstrate the value of Haus Pros' services.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals that align with client requirements and showcase the benefits of our home remodeling and maintenance services.
  • Sales Closing: Close sales by effectively addressing client concerns, negotiating terms, and securing commitments to achieve revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and generate repeat business.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
  • Strong ability to "hunt" for leads and self-generate business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Upstate of SC as needed.
