We are looking for dependable, self-motivated people who enjoy working in a construction retail sales position. The position offers a competitive pay. Only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts
- Identify and analyze market trends to develop sales strategies and target potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Utilize our internal systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor progress
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively promote and sell company offerings
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to maximize profitability
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, preferably in technical sales or technology industry
- Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, trade shows, etc.
-High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
