Sales Representative

We are seeking a qualified and people-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement, participate in some networking events, and be driven by the opportunity to grow our client base through proactive sales efforts. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic about hunting for new business opportunities and improving the Greenville community one home project at a time. 


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement: 

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, given leads, and client referrals. 

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and present suitable remodeling solutions. 

- Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales. 

Networking and Community Involvement:

- Represent Haus Pros at local networking events, trade shows, and community activities. 

- Actively engage with community organizations and social media to promote the company's services. 

Sales Strategy and Reporting:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. 

- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team. 


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. 

- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and community members. 

- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. 

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
