Job Description

Repairing swimming pools and spas. This job involves troubleshooting, replacing, installing, and working on pool/spa filters, pumps, lights, automation systems (saltwater units), etc. All training is done by our skilled and certified Service Manager. B & B Pools will provide the platform and training necessary, but candidates must meet the below credentials to be considered.

Job Requirements

Basic electrical experience (110, 220, and 24 volt) (can read volt meter)

Proficient in plumbing

Positive attitude

High School Diploma or GED

Works well with others

Reliable work history (can be counted on)

Technical-minded

Can lift 50 LBS

Clean driving record

Company Benefits:

Vacation based on length of service. Ex: After 1-year full-time employment = 1-week paid vacation, 5-year full-time employment = 2 weeks paid vacation, 10-year full-time employment = 3 weeks paid vacation

Paid Holidays: After 90-day full-time employment, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
